2018: Graduate. Travel. Big Girl Job.

Well, I decided not to go anywhere for winter break. I am now saving money for the summer and as well, don't think I will have time to travel with student teaching approaching. But no worries, because once I graduate in May, I will be off to travel before I get my big girl job (whatever and wherever that may be).

July is pretty much a go. I submitted my applications for Peru (Lima) and Brazil (Rio) to volunteer again through IVHQ. I'll do two weeks each and work in childcare. This time around, I will teach the art lessons I have collected in the last year to the children I will be placed with. I might even make my layover in Mexico City a long one just to see the city and MAYBE go down to see Frida Kahlo's house.

Besides that, I am dead set to go to Europe for awhile again too. But not to see my beloved friends and family I have like I did last winter. This time I will be going to new places. If anyone over in Europe (or America) want to join, please do. I plan on three places for sure: Morocco (Africa), Prague (Czech Republic), and Budapest (Hungary). I do have a few other places in mind but that is only if I have time and money. Those places are: Lisbon (Spain), Munich and Berlin (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), and Oslo (Norway). I would love to go to Germany for Octoberfest and maybe hit up Norway for the northern lights depending on the time of the year. But anyway, Europe won't be planned until Early Spring. I'll be focusing on South America until then just because I will be going through a program and Europe is home so I am not too worried.

And if you weren't sure, yes, I am going to London. I always have to when I am in Europe.

As for my future career, after my travels, I am just going to go with the flow. I think it will either be teaching art in America or abroad, teaching english abroad, or in a museum somewhere in England. But, who knows.
